What is launching first?

We are preparing TRYNVIA Daily Moisturizer, a fragrance-free moisturizer in a 50 ml format. Join our launch list to hear when it is available. Product availability and the final offer will be shown on the product page before you order.

What is the planned launch price?

Our planned launch offer is $34 for 50 ml, including standard shipping within the contiguous United States, before applicable sales tax. The price and total shown at checkout will apply when ordering opens.

Is fragrance-free the same as allergy-free?

No. Fragrance-free does not mean that every person will tolerate a formula. Check the complete ingredient list and product directions before use. If irritation occurs, stop use.

Where will you ship?

Our launch serves the 48 adjoining US states and Washington, DC. Read our shipping policy for current coverage and delivery estimates.

How long does an order take?

Our current estimate is approximately 4–7 business days from order to delivery, including preparation and transit. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Any different timing shown on the product page or checkout will apply.

How do I track an order?

We will email tracking information when your order is dispatched. An order confirmation means your purchase was received; it does not mean the parcel has shipped.

Can I return skincare?

You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused skincare in its original sealed packaging. Separate help is available for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Read the complete returns policy and contact us before sending a product back.
