Shipping and delivery

Where we deliver

Our skincare launch serves the contiguous United States: the 48 adjoining states and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses and international destinations are not included in this launch.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is included in the displayed price of the TRYNVIA Daily Moisturizer, 50 ml, for eligible delivery addresses. Applicable sales tax is calculated separately at checkout. Review your final total before placing your order.

Preparation and delivery estimate

Orders are prepared by our fulfillment partner after payment. Our current estimate is approximately 4–7 business days from order to delivery, comprising about 2 business days for preparation and 2–5 business days in transit. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. Any different timing stated on the product page or at checkout will apply to your order.

Tracking

An order confirmation acknowledges your purchase; it does not mean the parcel has shipped. We will email tracking information when your order is dispatched. Carrier scans may take time to appear after a shipping label is created.

Delays and order changes

If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and offer the choice to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund. If you need to change an address or cancel, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee a change once preparation or dispatch has begun.

Delivery problems

If your parcel is late, missing, damaged or contains the wrong item, contact Info@trynvia.com with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve it. Please retain damaged packaging and photographs where possible. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
